Paul A. Maizan, DMD

"Preparation is the junction between opportunity and success. Being prepared ensures delivery of the best possible care through a prompt and pleasant experience. This is my goal each and every day." Outside of dentistry, Dr. Maizan loves the outdoors. He enjoys camping, hiking, and fly fishing the most. He has been a Bonsai enthusiast for over 14 years. He also enjoys traveling and visiting new places.

We Speak Spanish! Nosotras hablamos español We Speak French! On parle francais! Dr. Maizan is certified in Invisalign and has completed a CE course on the Art of Endodontics. Dr. Maizan has participated in numerous free dental service events, including the first Mission of Mercy event in Alaska and over 20 Remote Area Medical clinics. He also volunteers his dental services on a monthly basis at the Good Samaritan Clinic in Clarksville, Tennessee, and has been a guest speaker at APSU Career Day.

Sean M. Fox, DDS

Dr. Fox is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. In his free time, Dr. Fox enjoys playing the Great Highland bagpipes, Uilleann pipes, and the penny whistle. He also enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. Dr. Fox has 3 children -- Lucas, Xander, and Isabelle.

Experience

Dr. Fox seeks out a variety of advanced training in order to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and utilizes this training to give his patients exceptional care and the services that they deserve. He has completed many hours of training and continuing education in the following areas: Orthodontics like Invisalign and FastBraces, Esthetics and smile design, Endodontics (root canals), Implant placement and restorations, TMJ dysfunction, Full mouth rehabilitation, and Sedation dentistry. He is also certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support. Dr. Fox is a member of the esteemed Doctor Mastery Program, a program designed to expand a dentist’s scope of practice through continuing education, leadership, and mentorship. He mentors and trains new dentists seeking to improve their capabilities in root canals, oral surgery, dental implants, and practice management.
